As the mastermind behind our beverage program, you'll be creating and curating a killer drink menu, ensuring smooth bar operations, and making every sip an experience to remember.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a visionary beverage strategy that aligns with our brand and exceeds guest expectations.
- Create and curate beverage menus that showcase creativity, quality, and seasonality, incorporating a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and beverage quality, freshness, and consistency.
- Train and mentor bar staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to prepare and serve beverages to the highest standards.
- Manage beverage costs effectively, monitoring pricing, waste, and inventory levels to optimize profitability.
- Interact with guests, providing beverage recommendations and enhancing their overall dining experience.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers and distributors to secure the best products and negotiate favorable terms.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create beverage pairings that complement the food menu.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 – 10 years proven experience in beverage management or head bartender roles, preferably in upscale restaurants or bars.
- Comprehensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including mixology and wine service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
