At Finca El Diamante, owner Blanca Nieve’s dedication shines through every harvest. With support from Gold Mountain, her farm has flourished, producing a coffee that is bright, delicate, and beautifully composed with notes of green apple, honey and kamquat. This coffee offers an expressive cup across different brew methods with a great mouthfeel and a silky, smooth texture.

Self-Collection

Self-Collection is available at our Academy: 151 Lorong Chuan, New Tech Park, #05-06, Lobby E, Singapore, 556741. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Thereafter, collection can be made within 5 working days.

Freshness

All coffee is delivered within one month of its roast date. While freshness is often ideal, coffee actually benefits from a resting period. For the best experience, we recommend letting your beans rest for at least 14 days post-roast. This allows time for proper degassing, resulting in a smoother, more balanced extraction and the full expression of the coffee’s flavour potential.

Grind
For peak aroma and flavour, we recommend grinding your beans fresh before brewing. However, if you prefer, we’re happy to grind them for you — simply select your grind size when you place your order.

With every coffee subscription, you'll receive 1 or 2 bags of freshly roasted coffee beans — available in 150g, 350g, or 1kg sizes — depending on your choice. You can opt for deliveries every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks.

This is a recurring order with no binding period — you're free to edit, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime based on your coffee consumption needs.

Gold Mountain Coffee Growers

Gold Mountain Coffee Growers are a direct trade social enterprise that connects coffee farmers with roasters to improve quality and promote sustainability. Quality-obsessed and committed to pioneering new technologies and methods in order to achieve new levels of consistently-high cup qualities, the company also runs its own farm – Finca Idealista.

IMPACT

Finca El Diamante is 100% female-owned by BlancaNieve, one of the first farmers to join Gold Mountain Coffee Growers when she and Gold Mountain's flagship farm were both members of a Fair Trade cooperative that suffered from mismanagement.

Gold Mountain has provided her financing throughout the years as well as market access,actions which have allowed her to triple the size of her farm (El Diamante).

Working with Gold Mountain has also allowed Blanca Nieve to improve her wet mill and house, install solar drying structures, fund multiple life-saving operations for her grandchild, and produce this volume specialty lot that rivals small microlots for quality, either as espresso or pourover.
