MO BAR is one of Singapore's most celebrated cocktail destinations, known for its award-winning mixology, stunning Marina Bay skyline views, and a progressive approach to flavour, blending the finest ingredients with innovative techniques to create cocktails that celebrate the rich culinary influences of the region. So when their talented team came to us looking to spotlight local coffee in their menu, it felt like a natural fit.
The result? The Kopi Pumptini — a toasty Espresso Martini variation brought to life through the depth of Kopi O, the warmth of roasted barley bourbon, and a playful hint of pumpkin. It's a drink that feels both familiar and unexpected — the kind of thing you didn't know you needed until it's in front of you.
