Welcome to Bettr Coffee @ Foundry, where we go deeper into the theme of conscious consuming. We've been doing this a while now with our coffees, being careful and intentional at every step of the value chain. Our new cafe will take you further. Impact is still at our core, and "Provenance" is the concept that our space is built upon.

Provenance (noun.)

1. The place of origin or earliest known history of something.
2. A record of ownership of a work of art or an antique, used as a guide to authenticity or quality

The origins of our coffee is of utmost importance, and we have always nurtured direct and personal relationships with many of the farmers we work with — from Asia to Latin America. For Bettr Coffee @ Foundry, it extends to the other beverage offerings and ingredients we use. Here, we're sharing the stories of our winemakers, brewers and sustainability efforts too.

No matter where our suppliers may come from, it’s safe to say we all hold ecology and community development as our common guiding values.

To brew a Bettr world, you need all the right ingredients, and none is too small or unimportant.
