Subscribe and enjoy cost savings on your coffee beans plans with a subsidised delivery fee of $2 compared to the standard charge of $5.

Frequently Asked Questions

Coffee Beans subscriptions

Your first subscription order will be fulfilled within 2-5 working days if there is ready stock. If the coffee is unavailable, your order (if placed before 12 pm on Friday) will be placed into next week's roasting schedule and dispatched in the same week.

Your recurring orders will be sent out on your set schedule. An email will be sent 3 days before your set schedule before your card is charged.


Cold Brew subscriptions


Cold Brew orders are delivered every Wednesday, between 9am - 4pm. Orders received by 12 pm on Tuesday, will be delivered on Wednesday in the same week and anything after, will be delivered on the Wednesday of the next week. Please ensure that someone will be around to receive your delivery as our Cold Brew needs to be refrigerated immediately to retain its freshness and quality.

If you like a change in coffee or would like to update the quantity or frequency during your subscription period, simply log in to your account to make the changes 72-hour prior to the recurring order. A notification email will be sent to you 3 days before the charge date of your upcoming recurring order. This email also includes a link to manage your subscriptions.

However, once the order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to change the order.

Updating your next order date & frequency
Click on "Manage my subscriptions" and click on the subscription that you would like to change the date or frequency of delivery. Scroll down to "next order" and click that section. You can choose the date on the calendar and click "update next order date" to change your next date for delivery or "skip this order" to skip the delivery of that current subscription.

Updating your Payment Method

If your current payment method expires, or if you’d like to update your card details, this can be done under the "Manage my subscriptions". Click on the current subscription that you have. Scroll down to "payment method" and click that section. Click add payment method.


View subscription history

Once you log in to your account, you will be redirected to the home page which you will be indicated at the top left corner of the screen in the navigation bar. At the bottom of that page will show a "See all order history" button and you can click on that to view details of all of your past subscriptions.

Canceling your subscription
We’d hate to see you go, but if you do decide that our subscription plans is not working out for you, we ensure that cancellation is hassle-free and seamless with a press of one button. Under the "Subscription" in the navigation bar, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "cancel subscription". Once your subscription is canceled you will lose access to the subscription management portal. However, your complete order history and all invoices will still be available in the orders section of your account.

Please log into your account. You can choose to skip the upcoming order or update the next order date to suit your schedule 3 days prior to your upcoming order.

Your card will only be charged on the automated charge date, based on your subscription frequency. A reminder email will be sent 3 days prior to the next charge date to confirm your next coffee delivery. For example, if your delivery frequency is every week, we'll bill you every 7 days from the last charge date.

We understand your routine can change and your coffee consumption may vary. You can easily change your setting by logging into your account and click "Manage Subscriptions" on the My Account page. Click "Edit" to change next charge datechange product quantity and/or change delivery schedule.
