Type: Single Origin

A mixed varietal coffee from smallholder farmers and collectors in East Java's Ijen Mountains, whole coffee cherries are dried in the sun under shading nets for an average of 10 days before extracting the beans. You'll get a nice medium-bodied cup of sweet stone fruits that open with an aroma of sweet chocolate liquor — but there is no alcohol infused in this.

- FRESHNESS
All coffee is shipped between 1 to 14 days after roasting. While freshness is often ideal, coffee actually benefits from a resting period. For the best flavour, we recommend letting your beans rest for at least 14 days post-roast. This allows time for proper degassing, resulting in more even extraction, a smoother, more balanced cup, and the full expression of the coffee’s flavour potential.

- GRINDING
We always recommend grinding your beans fresh before brewing for the best flavour and aroma. But if you prefer, we’re happy to grind them for you — just select your grind size when you place your order.

With every coffee subscription, you'll receive 1 or 2 bags of freshly roasted coffee beans — available in 150g, 350g, or 1kg sizes — depending on your choice. You can opt for deliveries every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks.

This is a recurring order with no binding period — you're free to edit, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime based on your coffee consumption needs.

Stay stocked up and in control, always.
