- FRESHNESS
All coffee is shipped between 1 to 14 days after roasting. While freshness is often ideal, coffee actually benefits from a resting period. For the best flavour, we recommend letting your beans rest for at least 14 days post-roast. This allows time for proper degassing, resulting in more even extraction, a smoother, more balanced cup, and the full expression of the coffee’s flavour potential.

- GRINDING
We always recommend grinding your beans fresh before brewing for the best flavour and aroma. But if you prefer, we’re happy to grind them for you — just select your grind size when you place your order.

With every coffee subscription, you'll receive 1 or 2 bags of freshly roasted coffee beans — available in 150g, 350g, or 1kg sizes — depending on your choice. You can opt for deliveries every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks.

This is a recurring order with no binding period — you're free to edit, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime based on your coffee consumption needs.

Stay stocked up and in control, always.

Subscribe and save 10% off the regular price of any specific Signature House Blends or Single Origin coffees, and enjoy free delivery compared to a $5 delivery fee for one-time purchase.

Capriconio Coffees

Our Brazilian element, a Natural process Icatu and Catuai, from Fazenda Santa Jucy, is proudly rooted in regenerative agriculture. This farm nestled in São Paulo’s Alta Mogiana works closely with our latest direct trade partner, Capricornio Coffees, a collective who focused on equitable trade by working with farmers across Brazil to improve soil and water health, empower local communities, especially women in coffee, and promote sustainable, transparent, and high-quality coffee production that benefits both people and the planet.

IMPACT

At Fazenda Santa Jucy, sustainability goes hand in hand with care for the land and the people. Over a third of the property is dedicated to forest preservation, protecting native biodiversity and local water sources. The farm enriches its soil with organic compost, relies on natural pest control, and provides housing for its workers, ensuring well-being beyond the fields. By integrating productivity with environmental and social responsibility, Santa Jucy stands as a model for what mindful coffee farming can achieve.

Lulo Coffee

The naturally processed, Guji Hambella and Yirgacheffe Idedo coffees comes from our direct trade partner, Lulo Coffee. A vertically integrated Ethiopian coffee producer that seeks to work with farmers by introducing an efficient value chain and creating a direct link between farmers and roasters.

IMPACT

Lulo’s business is predicated upon the Lulo Promise – a solemn pledge to pass on most of the income – up to 88% – to the farmers, and to assist smallholder farmers with larger than average farm sizes to directly become farmer-exporters. Through the Lulo Promise, they have helped identify promising single farmers with a minimum holding of two hectares and worked ceaselessly with them to produce high quality, truly traceable single farm micro-lots while matching them with appropriate markets globally. In essence, this arrangement ensures absolute transparency in price, quality, and traceability, both to the farmer and the buyer.
