Type: Single Origin

This unique organic Pink Bourbon comes from the Cauca region in the central mountain range of Colombia. The couple behind San Martin, Otilia Anturi and her husband Jose Olmedo Sanchez, both come from traditional coffee-farming families who are very familiar with its cultivation. With the help of Caravela Coffee, their highly-regarded specialty crop is now yours to taste in a cup!

We recommend grinding the beans before brewing as freshly ground coffee tends to have a better flavour and aroma. However, you can still opt to have your beans ground by us.

This coffee is roasted-to-order on Monday and Tuesday (excluding public holidays).
