SHIPPING

The minimum order for free delivery within Singapore is SG$60. A delivery fee of SG$5 is applicable for orders below SG$60.

All coffee products beans and merchandise orders will be shipped by our courier partner, Shippit. A tracking number will be provided for reference when your order is processed.

Your order will be delivered within 7 working days, excluding Public Holidays and weekends.

Once your order has been processed and on its way to you, an automated email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

Our team strives to fulfil your orders as quickly as we can, but orders may take longer than usual to reach you occasionally. Common causes of delay are:

  • Unavailability of selected beans on the immediate roasting schedule
  • Promotional and festive periods
  • Public holidays and weekends
  • Longer lead time by our courier partner
  • Roast-in-progress for a fresh batch of coffee beans

If you need assistance with your coffee orders, please do not hesitate to email us at ask@bettrbarista.com. We’d definitely do our best to satisfy your caffeine fix.

You will receive an email notification when the order is ready for pickup. Thereafter, collection can be made within 5 working days, on Monday to Friday (except public holidays), between 12pm to 4pm. Collections on Saturdays are between 10am-1pm only.

All coffee beans and merchandise orders will normally be shipped using a door-to-door courier service by our courier partner, Shippit. You will be provided with a tracking number, which you can use on their tracking portal. 

We currently do not ship internationally.
