SUBSCRIPTIONS
Simply visit our subscription page here and have a look at our different subscription plans. You can choose your desired coffee, grind size, delivery frequency. Simply add your preferred plan to your cart and check out. It’s that easy!
With every coffee subscription, you'll select a coffee bag size (150g, 350g, 1kg), the quantity and the interval of your delivery between 2 and 4 weeks. This is a recurring order with no binding period, and you will have the flexibility to edit the subscription based on your coffee consumption level.
Subscribe and save 10% off the regular price of any specific Signature House Blends or Single Origin coffees, and enjoy free delivery compared to a $5 delivery fee for one-time purchase.
We also offer the The Blend Odyssey and The Origin Trail to let you enjoy a a rotation of blends or SOs so you’ll never get bored with the same coffee.
Whether you’d like to try a different coffee or update the quantity or frequency of your subscription, simply log in to your account to make the changes 3 days (or 72 hours) prior to your next order date. A reminder email will be sent to you 3 days before the charge date of your upcoming recurring order. This email also includes a link to manage your subscriptions on our customer portal.
Do note that we will not be able to change the order once it has been processed and shipped.
Please log into your account. You can choose to skip the upcoming order or update the next order date to suit your schedule 3 days prior to your upcoming order.
1. Click on "Manage my subscriptions" and click on the subscription that you would like to edit.
2. Scroll down to "Next order" and click that section.
3. You can choose the date on the calendar and click "Update next order date" to change your next delivery date or scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Skip this order" to skip the delivery of that current subscription.
4. You’re done. It’s that easy.
Your other subscriptions won't be affected and we will send a reminder email 3 days before the next recurring order is scheduled.

1. Click on "Manage my subscriptions" and click on the subscription that you would like to edit.
2. Scroll down to "Order frequency" and select that section. You can select your preferred frequency and click "Update frequency".
3. You’re done. It’s that easy.

1. Click on "Shipping Addresses” on the nav bar. This will redirect you to the page containing your saved addresses.
2. You can then edit your address by clicking on the drop down button or add a new shipping address by clicking the top right button.

Please log into your account. If your current payment method has expired, or if you’d just like to utilise a different card, it’s really easy to update your details.
1. Click on "Payment Methods" on the nav bar. This will redirect you to the page containing your saved payment methods.
2. Click on "Add payment method" and key in the details of your new card.
3. You’re done. It’s that easy.

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "See all order history" button.
2. You will be redirected to a page that contains all of your past subscriptions. You can then view the details of all of your past subscriptions.
We’d really hate to see you go, but if you do decide that our subscription plans are not working out for you, you’ll also be glad to know that cancellation is hassle-free, seamless and available at the press of a single button. Please log into your account first.
1. Click on "Manage my subscriptions" and click on the subscription that you would like to cancel.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Cancel subscription".
3. You’re done. It’s that easy.
Do note that you will lose access to the subscription management portal once your subscription is cancelled. However, your complete order history and all invoices will still be available in the orders section of your account.

2. Click "Add a product" and select the product that you would like to add on to your upcoming subscription order.

You can either choose from our signature house blends or a rotating variety of single origins, blends or both.

Yes for sure! Just head to any coffee listing and there should be an option for subscription. However, please be aware that our coffee selection is always changing. If there is a change to your selected coffee, we will be in touch with you to provide you assistance and alternatives that will suit your taste.

Yes, you can manage your different subscriptions independently of each other on your account page.
Yes, you can specify the number of bags you'd like per delivery by toggling the quantity when you subscribe.
Indicated subscription prices are listed per size of coffee bags (per 150g/350g/1kg bag).
We understand your routine can change and your coffee consumption may vary. Changing the settings on your subscription is entirely within your power and really straightforward. Please log into your account first.
1. Click on "Manage my subscriptions" and click on the subscription that you would like to edit.
2 .Click "Edit" to change your next charge date, order quantity or delivery schedule.
3. You’re done. It’s that easy.
