Guided by Adena Coffee’s collaboration, Balinese farmers in Asah Gobleg carry out a 168-hour anaerobic honey process that blends traditional methods with careful control. The result is a clean, refined cup that captures Bali’s balance of tradition and modern craftsmanship, with notes of Orange Soda, Palm Sugar, and Pomelo.
Despite numerous external influences, Bali has maintained its cultural roots for centuries, guided by the ancient philosophy of Desa Kala Patra, the principle of adapting tradition to fit the needs of time and place without losing its essence. Adena Coffee’s work in Bali reflects this philosophy, honoring the island’s heritage while supporting agricultural practices that emphasize balance, harmony, and a spiritual connection with nature.
- SHIPPINGAll orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes another 1–2 days. Standard delivery fee is $5. Enjoy free delivery with all subscriptions and orders over $50!

Self-Collection is available at our academy at 151 Lorong Chuan, New Tech Park, #05-06, Lobby E, Singapore, 556741. You will receive an email notification when your order(s) is/are ready for collection.
* Collection can be made within 5 business days, 12pm - 4pm on Monday to Friday, 10am-1pm on Saturday (except Public holidays).
- FRESHNESS All coffee is shipped between 1 to 14 days after roasting. While freshness is often ideal, coffee actually benefits from a resting period. For the best flavour, we recommend letting your beans rest for at least 14 days post-roast. This allows time for proper degassing, resulting in more even extraction, a smoother, more balanced cup, and the full expression of the coffee’s flavour potential.
- GRINDINGWe always recommend grinding your beans fresh before brewing for the best flavour and aroma. But if you prefer, we’re happy to grind them for you — just select your grind size when you place your order.
With every coffee subscription, you'll receive 1 or 2 bags of freshly roasted coffee beans — available in 150g, 350g, or 1kg sizes — depending on your choice. You can opt for deliveries every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks.
This is a recurring order with no binding period — you're free to edit, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime based on your coffee consumption needs.
