Fazenda Santa Jucy is located in Cássia dos Coqueiros in the Mogiana region of São Paulo, Brazil. Situated at 1,000–1,100 meters on a plateau with flat terrain, abundant native forests, rivers, and waterfalls, the farm is ideal for high-quality coffee cultivation. Since its acquisition in 2010, Santa Jucy has combined advanced technology, sustainable practices, and careful planning to achieve efficiency, productivity, and excellence.
Sustainability is central to production. The farm uses cover cropping to protect soil, retain moisture, and reduce herbicide use, along with organic compost for balanced nutrition. Alternating mowing encourages natural pest predators, while biocontrol techniques protect plants responsibly. With 35% of the property preserved as forest and dedicated employee infrastructure, Santa Jucy integrates environmental care, social well-being, and quality coffee production at every stage.
To reduce waste, orders will be packed using our previously used coffee bags as part of our upcycling initiative.
