This washed coffee comes from a young processing station in a valley ringed by four mountains in Garut, West Java. Distinct citrus notes carry through from the first warm sip to the last cold one, supported by a mellow honey sweetness. It's juicy and smooth with a clean finish, and a bright showcase of what the next generation of Indonesian coffee producers is building.

About The Producer
The processing station in Garut was established just two years ago and sits in a valley surrounded by four mountains. A passionate young local team runs it. They represent a new generation of coffee producers committed to bringing out the best of West Java's coffee.

Located just outside the city, the station works closely with nearby farmers and collects freshly harvested cherries from the surrounding highlands. The team treats every step, from cherry selection to processing and drying, with attention to detail and consistency. By pairing local knowledge with a strong focus on quality, they aim to highlight Garut's unique terroir in every lot while building long-term partnerships with the farming communities around them.

Freshness

All coffee is delivered within one month of its roast date. While freshness is often ideal, coffee actually benefits from a resting period. For the best experience, we recommend letting your beans rest for at least 14 days post-roast. This allows time for proper degassing, resulting in a smoother, more balanced extraction and the full expression of the coffee’s flavour potential.

Grind
For peak aroma and flavour, we recommend grinding your beans fresh before brewing. However, if you prefer, we’re happy to grind them for you — simply select your grind size when you place your order.

Please see here for more information.

With every coffee subscription, you'll receive 1 or 2 bags of freshly roasted coffee beans — available in 150g, 350g, or 1kg sizes — depending on your choice. You can opt for deliveries every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks.

This is a recurring order with no binding period — you're free to edit, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime based on your coffee consumption needs.

Stay stocked up and in control, always.
