Ronald and Noelia, part of Gold Mountain Coffee Growers, produce Yellow and Red Catuai and a small amount of Ethiosar in Las Nubes, a community that straddles the boundary between Jinotega and Matagalpa. The low-lying clouds that give the area its name keep the coffee cool, slowing the cherries’ maturation and allowing the beans to develop greater sweetness and complexity.
Deeply committed to their work and family, Ronald and Noelia pour their hearts into every harvest. Ronald even sleeps among the coffee during harvest season to deter thieves, while Noelia begins her day at 2:30 a.m. to cook for the workers. With the benefits of higher premiums for quality, they continue to invest in better processing equipment, their home, and the well-being of their twelve children.
This dedication shines through in the cup, which is bright and balanced, with a silky texture and tasting notes of Golden Pear, Lemon, and Chamomile.
Standard Delivery
All orders will be processed and delivered within 7 working days, excluding Public Holidays and weekends. Once your order is on its way to you, an automated email with a tracking number will be sent to your inbox. Standard delivery fee is $5. Enjoy free delivery on all subscriptions and orders over $60.

Self-Collection is available at our Academy: 151 Lorong Chuan, New Tech Park, #05-06, Lobby E, Singapore, 556741. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Thereafter, collection can be made within 5 working days.

Freshness
All coffee is delivered within one month of its roast date. While freshness is often ideal, coffee actually benefits from a resting period. For the best experience, we recommend letting your beans rest for at least 14 days post-roast. This allows time for proper degassing, resulting in a smoother, more balanced extraction and the full expression of the coffee’s flavour potential.GrindFor peak aroma and flavour, we recommend grinding your beans fresh before brewing. However, if you prefer, we’re happy to grind them for you — simply select your grind size when you place your order.

With every coffee subscription, you'll receive 1 or 2 bags of freshly roasted coffee beans — available in 150g, 350g, or 1kg sizes — depending on your choice. You can opt for deliveries every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks.
This is a recurring order with no binding period — you're free to edit, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime based on your coffee consumption needs.
