Maria Cristina comes from a family farm in Paraná, Brazil, where the love of coffee spans generations. This cup is all about comforting, sweet-tooth-approved flavours. Rich sugar-browning and dried-fruit notes remind us of monk fruit, followed by the sweetness of dates and a maple syrup finish that lingers. It's a warm hug in a mug.
About the Producer
Francisco Caría grew up surrounded by coffee fields, part of a family whose passion for coffee goes back generations. In 1984, he moved with his parents to northern Paraná in search of new opportunities in coffee farming. The early days weren't easy, since infrastructure was scarce, but their shared love for the land and for coffee kept the family united.
Francisco is married to Maria Conceição Delmônico Caría, a native of Umuarama, Paraná. After years in Curitiba, Maria inherited the family farm and returned to her roots. Alongside her brother Toninho, she began investing in growing specialty coffee, and this lot is one delicious result.

Freshness
All coffee is delivered within one month of its roast date. While freshness is often ideal, coffee actually benefits from a resting period. For the best experience, we recommend letting your beans rest for at least 14 days post-roast. This allows time for proper degassing, resulting in a smoother, more balanced extraction and the full expression of the coffee’s flavour potential.GrindFor peak aroma and flavour, we recommend grinding your beans fresh before brewing. However, if you prefer, we’re happy to grind them for you — simply select your grind size when you place your order.

With every coffee subscription, you'll receive 1 or 2 bags of freshly roasted coffee beans — available in 150g, 350g, or 1kg sizes — depending on your choice. You can opt for deliveries every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks.
This is a recurring order with no binding period — you're free to edit, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime based on your coffee consumption needs.
