$19.00 Sale Save
Type: Single Origin

A mixed varietal coffee from smallholder farmers in East Java’s Ijen Mountains, where whole cherries are carefully dried under shade nets for about 10 days before the beans are extracted. The cup opens with an inviting aroma of sweet chocolate, leading into rich layers of cooked and stewed berries. A subtle undertone of honey lemon candy lingers on the finish, adding a refreshing lift to this medium-bodied and vibrant coffee.

Freshness

All coffee is delivered within one month of its roast date. While freshness is often ideal, coffee actually benefits from a resting period. For the best experience, we recommend letting your beans rest for at least 14 days post-roast. This allows time for proper degassing, resulting in a smoother, more balanced extraction and the full expression of the coffee’s flavour potential.

Grind
For peak aroma and flavour, we recommend grinding your beans fresh before brewing. However, if you prefer, we’re happy to grind them for you — simply select your grind size when you place your order.

Please see here for more information.

With every coffee subscription, you'll receive 1 or 2 bags of freshly roasted coffee beans — available in 150g, 350g, or 1kg sizes — depending on your choice. You can opt for deliveries every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks.

This is a recurring order with no binding period — you're free to edit, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime based on your coffee consumption needs.

Stay stocked up and in control, always.
