At Sítio Jabotoma in Paraná, Lucélia and Claudemir have spent over a decade turning a family tradition into a specialty coffee dream. Their careful sorting at harvest and meticulous drying show up in the cup. It opens with juicy grape notes when hot, then slowly shifts into sweet apple as it cools, with prune appearing towards the end. The body stays silky throughout, so each sip keeps you curious about the next.
About the Producer
The name Sítio Jabotoma is a nod to where Lucélia and Claudemir come from. It blends Jaboti and Tomazina, two municipalities in Paraná where coffee runs deep. In 2009, they bought a farm that already had a coffee history and began writing their own chapter. They drew on knowledge passed down from their parents, plus a whole lot of dedication. In 2011, they shifted their focus to quality, sorting beans carefully at harvest and drying them with meticulous care.
Seeing their coffee earn high scores in evaluations was a moment they'll never forget. For Lucélia and Claudemir, specialty coffee is more than a product. It's a dream come true, and a passion that connects caring for the land with the joy of sharing quality coffee with the world.

Self-Collection is available at our Academy: 151 Lorong Chuan, New Tech Park, #05-06, Lobby E, Singapore, 556741. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Thereafter, collection can be made within 5 working days.

Freshness
All coffee is delivered within one month of its roast date. While freshness is often ideal, coffee actually benefits from a resting period. For the best experience, we recommend letting your beans rest for at least 14 days post-roast. This allows time for proper degassing, resulting in a smoother, more balanced extraction and the full expression of the coffee’s flavour potential.GrindFor peak aroma and flavour, we recommend grinding your beans fresh before brewing. However, if you prefer, we’re happy to grind them for you — simply select your grind size when you place your order.

With every coffee subscription, you'll receive 1 or 2 bags of freshly roasted coffee beans — available in 150g, 350g, or 1kg sizes — depending on your choice. You can opt for deliveries every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks.
This is a recurring order with no binding period — you're free to edit, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime based on your coffee consumption needs.
