Ah the Eureka. Our signature blend and the fruit that goes with our every meal. Okay, maybe not every meal, but at least two. Our favourite blend has changed a little since its last iteration many years ago. Due to changes in supply, Eureka is now comprises an additional component: Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Idedo!
The main change? A forward flavour of sweet, red cherry followed by elegant citrus notes which, paired with a gentle acidity, reminds of Mandarin. With a medium body and round, milky texture, the fruity Eureka we've known and love is just as good, if not better! Roasted primarily for espresso, here's a starting point to brewing coffee with the Eureka:

If the extraction takes longer than 28s, adjust for a coarser grind size;
if it pulls too quickly, adjust for a finer grind size. (Pssst. We've tried Eureka as a pourover too and it had surprising results!)
