Paradise Brew Guide

Paradise our blend of two washed coffees from India and Guatemala. Visibly eye-catching with its vibrant orange coffee card insert this blend is truly a harmonious paradise between sweet, syrupy chocolate and smooth fruity acidity.

Another medium roast blend primarily for espresso, Paradise presents itself with a pleasant grapefruit just under a syrupy, brown sugar start. The citrus then rounds off into a dark chocolate note. We find the following recipe a good starting point for pulling espressos. Adjust the parameters slightly from here to suit your taste but remember to only adjust one parameter at a time!

Espresso Recipe

 Ratio 1:2
Temperature 93°C filtered water
Dose 18g
Yield 36g
Time 27s (+/- 1s)

 

If the extraction takes longer than 28s, adjust for a coarser grind size;
if it pulls too quickly, adjust for a finer grind size.
