HOW THE ORIGIN TRAIL WORKS

Every month, we curate a fresh lineup of Single Origin coffees. All carefully quality-checked by our professional roasters.

For subscribers, we dispatch the coffee on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month, and delivery usually takes 1-3 days. If your first order lands at least 5 days before the next dispatch date, we’ll pop it in the post with express delivery—so you’re not left waiting too long for your first cup. From then on, your subscription will follow our fortnightly delivery schedule, and the best part? Delivery fee is always on us. No extra fee, just great coffee delivered straight to your door, 100% got you covered!

All coffee is shipped between 1 to 14 days after roasting. While freshness is often ideal, coffee actually benefits from a resting period. For the best flavour, we recommend letting your beans rest for at least 14 days post-roast. This allows time for proper degassing, resulting in more even extraction, a smoother, more balanced cup, and the full expression of the coffee’s flavour potential.

Just a heads-up: our couriers like their weekends and public holidays off (just like the rest of us), but your coffee will be on your doorstep the next working day, no stress!

Self-Collection is available at our academy at 151 Lorong Chuan, New Tech Park, #05-06, Lobby E, Singapore, 556741. You will receive an email notification when your order(s) is/are ready for collection.

* Collection can be made within 5 business days, 12pm - 4pm on Monday to Friday, 10am-1pm on Saturday (except Public holidays).

With every coffee subscription, you'll receive 1 or 2 bags of freshly roasted coffee beans — available in 150g, 350g, or 1kg sizes — depending on your choice. You can opt for deliveries every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks.

This is a recurring order with no binding period — you're free to edit, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime based on your coffee consumption needs.

Subscribe and save 10% off the regular price of any specific Signature House Blends or Single Origin coffees, and enjoy free delivery compared to a $5 delivery fee for one-time purchase. 

Note: To register for your subscription service, kindly make your payment using a registered PayPal account. Using the PayPal Express Checkout option will only result in a one-time transaction/order.

You’ll only be charged on your automated billing date, based on your chosen subscription frequency. For example, if your frequency is every 2 weeks, we’ll bill you every 14 days from your last charge date.

Life happens—we get it. If you need to take a coffee break (just a short one, we hope!), you can easily change your setting as long as it is before the the charge date by logging into your account and click "Manage Subscriptions" on the My Account page. Click "Edit" to change next charge datechange product quantity and/or change/skip delivery schedule.

That’s it—you’re all set!

Other subscriptions won’t be affected, and we’ll still send you a reminder email before your next scheduled order.

Once payment has been made, we will proceed with roasting and delivery. You may email us at hello@bettrbarista.com to check on the status of your subscription.

Yes, you can manage subscriptions independently from each other on your account page.

No way. We’d love to keep you around, but there’s no minimum commitment. You can cancel anytime if you need a break (though we’ll miss you!).
